Our Merchandise

Our merchandise is all hand crafted in Brazil by our own people. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly the same. We will do our best to match the semi precious stones in the jewelry you buy, but because of fluctuations in availability, this may not always be possible. Much of our jewelry comes in eight colors: amethyst (purple), quartz (clear), hematite (a shiny dark gray), onyx (black), sodalite (blue), citrine (yellow), agate (an earthy orange), and aventurine (green).

Terms

Our minimum order is $150. There is no minimum on Destiny Bracelets, but please order in multiples of 25 per color. UPS COD is our billing and shipping policy. You may pay with company check, cash, certified check or money order. You may prepay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express to avoid COD charges.

A charge of $20 will be imposed on all returned checks and customer's account will be put on a cash only basis. Delinquent accounts and returned checks are sent to our collection agency after reasonable attempts to collect have failed. Customers will be responsible for all related fees.

We charge full wholesale price for samples. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve rights for printing errors. By placing an order, the customer agrees with all terms and conditions stated, and agrees to pay all legal and court fees involved in collection.

You may order by phone, fax, US mail, or e-mail. Our hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday - Friday.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped COD UPS ground unless UPS Red/Blue are specified. To Canada, we generally ship parcel post, as it is generally significantly less expensive.

Returns

In case of genuine workmanship errors, South American Imports will be pleased to accept an exchange. Claims must be made within ten days of receipt. Call prior to shipping for approval. All other returns are subject to South American Import's approval. Money refunds will not be made. Customer is responsible for freight charges on returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Customer Refused Orders

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, whether a return, exchange, or refused order. No exceptions.
